1. Delivery Locations & Methods
- Inside Dhaka: We offer home delivery within 1 to 2 business days.
- Outside Dhaka (Nationwide): We deliver via trusted courier services (e.g., Sundarban Courier, Pathao, RedX). Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
- International Shipping: We ship internationally via DHL and FedEx. Delivery times vary between 7 to 14 days depending on the destination.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the books and your delivery address.
- Inside Dhaka: A flat rate of 60 BDT.
- Outside Dhaka: Starts at 120 BDT.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping nationwide on all orders over 1,500 BDT!
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
